How are my utilities paid?

Utilities set up in your name (listed above) will be paid based on the provider’s set requirements. Please refer to the correspondence with each provider for more information on their process.

Payment for utilities handled through Ivy Residences, such as water and trash, are included in your monthly rent ledger. Please note that these bills typically show up about 30 days after you have moved in, similar to a credit card statement. For example, you will be billed for July’s utility usage in August. This means that your first month of rent may not show a utility payment, and upon moving out, you may receive a bill later for your final month’s utilities.

If your rent ledger has not been received in full by 11:59pm on the fifth day of the month, late fees will begin to accrue, and further action may be taken.
