Our Service
Ivy Residences values creating a positive resident experience throughout your stay with us. Our online concierge streamlines the move in process for residents, providing the capability to set up mail forwarding and utilities from your computer or smartphone.
During your application process, a resident portal will be created for you. This portal provides information on past and upcoming transactions and allows you to submit maintenance requests online. Maintenance requests created in the portal update with notes from property management and/or maintenance technicians instantly.
Dedicated property managers work together to ensure you feel comfortable in your apartment home. Contact our office during office hours to be connected to a member of your property management team. Send an email to your property management team and hear from the first available team member. Our after-hours hotline serves residents when the office is closed by dispatching maintenance support in emergency situations.
